Molten wax is introduce into a aluminum die from an injection machine for making wax pattern.
Wax patterns are assembled on a sprue to form a mould, normally known as “tree”.
Wax tree are washed and then are dipped in investment slurry and refractory sand. After drying, the process will repeat up to form a ceramic shell.
Wax contained within ceramic mould is reclaimed using steam dewaxing method.
Ceramic shell are sintered and then heated until casting.
Once the metal has solidified, the ceramic is removed using knockout hammer.
Pieces are cleaned and all risers, sprues or trees are removed.
An inspection of the parts is performed to ensure the quality of the final products.
The product is packaged and stored.
